Promotional Modeling
Demonstrating that modelling isn't just about being sat in a studio, Stand Out sent four of our young male models to attend Birmingham's loud and colourful Gay Pride Festival. Promoting the festival itself, models were asked to mingle with the crowd and hand out promotional goods. It was a first assignment for some. Here's what the models thought:
"Gay Pride was the first assignment that I had for Stand Out and I was quite anxious when I originally received the phone call. However, they couldn't have been more helpful. As it turned out I really enjoyed the event. On a cold, wet Sunday afternoon, it wasn't exactly the best weather, but the energy and enthusiasm that was coming from everyone there really made it enjoyable. The highlight for myself must be when we were taken into the VIP section of the nightclub and had to have our photos taken with the various bands and performers that were waiting to go on stage. I felt like a VIP myself!" (Sam Potter)
